What you do when you cant sleep

Ok so i have had the worst week of my life so havent slept much this last week so i was wondering what you guys do when you cant sleep and i just realized something tonight is the first night in like 4 months my best friends hasnt said night to me which adds onto my worst week ever

i read or play psp to get myself tired and go to sleep

i'm sure that everything will turn out to be fine

I dont sleep


I just play ogame or read, or occasionally do work if theres some to do

and then there's xbox but that doesnt help me sleep

Just think about ogame, get a really good idea and then forget it by the time i wake up usually

I read and listen to music until I fall asleep.

Anything to distract me from the reasons I can't sleep in the first place.

I put on some relaxing music and let that lull me to sleep.

Hmmmm usualy i just think about random stuff,but lyk 5days ago i cudnt get to sleep....and i didnt till another day had passed haha xD so it may or may not work 4 u:P

if that don't work i rad, that is always boring enough for me to fall asleep

overdose or take sleeping pills

Take some melatonin, try doing some breathing exercises. If that does not work play a game stair at your roof what ever you can to pass the time.
